This option is best for brand leaders who want to quickly unify vision, clarify direction, and establish doable yet aspirational milestones. If your brand is ready to begin making a noticeable difference in the market, this one is for you.

One-Week Intensive

Our team begins by researching up to two geographic market levels (local, regional, national, or international) of your top competitors. We present this research in the workshop to provide helpful context and recommendations later in the week.

We'll start the intensive by covering the importance of understanding your core audience on a "psychographic" level. Once we've covered those concepts, we'll immediately put them into practice by generating a few customer profiles.

After we've developed some core customer profiles, we'll illustrate exactly how they impact your brand's core business model. We'll practice designing up to a few models that would resonate highly with a simulated customer profile. Time permitting, we'll even show you how to test your model!

Finally, we'll present our high-level competitor research, and discuss the concepts of brand positioning (where you land and lead in the market). From there, we’ll make a few basic recommendations and simulate scenarios of economic effects from different market positions.
