We've encountered a few brand builders who want to offer a strategic service for their clients, but either don't want to do the research, planning, and documentation, or don't know how. Well, we have a wonderful solution based on the theory of "specialization in trade." Bring on our team to your project and save yourself time, energy, and research. You facilitate the entire project as the main point of contact, and we'll come in as a strategy subconsultant so that you can confidently present that offering to your clients. You're still in charge. We're here to advise. You handle the production, we'll handle the in-depth conversations, research, and documentation that will inform the production with clarity, direction, and purpose. Not only that, we also recommend that your design team join us for any and all strategic meetings so that your clients always know that you're present, and your design team will be thoroughly dialed in to the decisions that will inform their work. Cancellation Policy
Bookings are fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to the appointment. Bookings are non-refundable within 72 hours of the appointment. Clients may reschedule appointments up to 84 hours prior to the start time. From time-to-time, a member from Frameless Picture may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This may be done up to 2 hours prior to the appointment. If there is a need for either of these actions, our team will let the client know as soon as possible. Cancellations from Frameless Picture will result in a full refund. If the need arises for the Frameless Picture team to reschedule an appointment, it will be coordinated and facilitated by a Frameless Picture team member. Of course, there are always matters of unforeseen circumstances. If something unexpected and urgent has come up, please reach out to the Frameless Picture team as soon as you can, and we will do what we can to work with you. This is up to our discretion, but we will do our best to honor truly urgent and unexpected situations.
